I have made the patchwork fabric for the quilted slippers.  That was a joy.  Getting the pattern the right size, however, was not.  I am reminded of old school sewing lessons~~~make the first run from muslin to check the fit.   This is what I will be doing today.  Once I have the right fit, then putting the slipper together will be a breeze.
