Yes this looks like the panel quilt I did last year.  It was such a hit, we repeated it.  If you look closely, the quilting is a little different.  I used a varigated throughout instead of matching the thread to the back ground and I quilted every panel.  Check it out in the quilt gallery section of the web page under customer quilts.
