There is something about quilts that just tug on your heart-strings.  Today my customer came to pick up the pink heart quilt that I had for sale.  She said she was drawn to the quilt because it was pink and she is a seven-year breast cancer survivor.  She bought it as a gift to herself as fall was the time of her diagnosis and double mastectomy.  I am so glad that something I stitched with hearts and ribbons can bring hope and joy to this very special lady.
