It was so much fun to work on this quilt.  I don’t typically use Oriental fabrics so it was a delightful change of pace for me.  The quilting design is an all over Asian flower design.  I used monofilament on the top and a gold and tan thread on the back.  The quilting actually pops on the gold fabric, almost like getting two quilts in one.
