I am frequently asked to quilt for wedding gifts.  Its heartwarming to think of my stitches binding a new couple together.   Wedding quilts are beautiful, warm and meant to be shared.  My favorite is when the quilt top brings together the favorite color of the groom and the favorite color of the bride.  This quilt was done in shades of blue as both the bride and groom loved blues.  It reminded me of water and the quilting design is similar to waves.  This quilt was done in time for the wedding and given to a couple in Chicago.  It’s incredible that Ideal Stitches is touching people in so many places.
