Right after the blue wedding quilt, I was asked to do an earth tone quilt by another customer.  We chose a spiral circular pattern to soften the harsh geometric triangles of the quilt top pattern.  The picture doesn’t do the colors justice.  The earth tones were spectacular.  I used a very thin poly medium brown thread.  Just enough to compliment but not so much to distract.  The quilt made me think “Contemporary Southwest”
