Couples Quilt Back

This quilt has quite a history.  First it has been folded up and unfinished for years.  I am guessing since the time that dusty blue and dusty pink was all the rage.  The customer and her husband took a couples quilt class together and made the top.  She wanted to finish it and be able to use it.  The quilting pattern is an edge to edge flower and leaves that blends with the front but pops on the backing.  I am a big fan of solid backings so that the quilting shows.  Its almost like getting a double quilt.   So look in your closet and pull out those tops that need to be quilted and let’s get stitchin!
