I couldn’t wait to quilt sunflowers across this quilt.  The front has two panels that have been resewn using a fractured technique, then framed with three very different borders.  The back is three large strips of coordinating solid fabric, perfect for showing off my quilting.  I chose a yellow thread for the back and a monofilament for the front.   It blends with the panels and busy borders but it really pops on the yellow.
