Great Tablerunner for the Southwest.   It’s always fantastic to see novelty fabrics used creatively.  My favorite here is the red chili border.  I used a variegated red and green thread and it came out terrific.  I remember thinking when I got the thread, “when will I ever use this”?  And since this project, I have used it on two more quilts!  Table runners are great quick projects for both the piecer and the quilter and best of all they make great gifts!   If I start now, I may even have some of my own ready for Christmas.
