This beautiful quilt may remind you of one that I have quilted recently.  Both were done by good friends but each put their own flair on the quilt.  This quilt has more golden background fabric and a myriad of autumn leaves that were fused to the border.   Because they were not stitched, I used a fairly tight stiple in the border to cover the raw edges.  The center is quilted with a border to border pattern of oak leaves and acorns.   I bought the kit and can’t wait to get started on mine.   So many quilts, so little time!
