This was a commissioned quilt that I made from start to finish.  The young couple does not live in New Mexico so this was all done long distance.  To help me pick fabrics in the colors of their choice, I had them go to a local paint store and pick out three paint chips.  The dark blue just had to be the night sky.  The quilting is a crystal star pattern that I did with silver metallic thread.  I love the pop of green in the border.
