Look closely and you will see the tears stitched into this quilt.  This is a gift by a loving grandmother for her first grandchild when he is born.  She is fighting cancer and we worked together to have this quilt finished well in advance of the baby’s due date so the quilt would be waiting for him.   I prayed over every stitch that this grandmother was able to be there after he was born and hold him.
