This quilt has all sorts of unexpected surprises from the fantastic lay out of stars to the modern quilting pattern that you can best see on the backing.  But best of all is the admission from the quilter that she picked up the piano key border strips at an estate sale and they closely match the colors, hues and values of the fabrics in the stars.  Once this has it’s binding, it is bound as a wedding gift.
