Great setting for these little mola blocks.  Red was such a perfect color for the pieced blocks and the border.   You don’t notice it at first but the turquoise border is a splendid accent.   Because the fabrics both in the quilt top and for the backing were busy, I chose to quilt simply.   Let the fabrics speak for themselves in this case!
