Sometimes the right fabric just begs to be part of the quilt.  This quilt originally had a black binding that was supposed to be put on but I had an extra yard that was sitting out that was a perfect match for this quilt.  I called my customer and requested that she let me substitute my fabric for the black at no extra charge.   Between the binding fabric and the flock of birds quilted across the quilt, the results are spectacular.
