While quilting straight lines is fairly simple, the placement of the line is critical in this cross quilt. I was able to use a tool that had set unused and ignored on my shelves to make the radiating lines and it came out incredible. I love the mix of feathers and geometric lines on the cross, especially the chevrons in the flower fabric that point to the center of the cross.
