Flying geese and feather patterns are a great combination for this earthtone batik quilt. When my customer picked it up, she said it was less busy even though I added the quilting and used a variegated thread. It didn’t make sense until I saw the pictures. I think the quilting that covered the contrasting cream fabric softened the contrast. Well, what ever it was. the quilt is incredible.
