Gotta get the patchwork slippers finished today.  I am writing directions, making patterns and sewing the sample slippers.  I am going to add a layer of batting and decorative quilting stitches.  Its the first one that is the hardest as you have to figure out every detail and every step of the process.  I hope that once I have a good set of working directions, I can assembly line sew quite a few for Christmas presents.   Have you started sewing for Christmas yet?
