I had to share about my trip to Houston for the International Quilt Festival!   The vacation put me a little behind so I have been crazy busy catching up but it was worth it.  I was able to take classes from Dusty Farrell and Sue Patten and expand my skills.  I shopped till I dropped but fortunately didn’t break the bank.  I still came home with some fantastic quilting treasures including a silicone thimble.  And the quilts,  oh my, I was in heaven walking the quilt section.   I am still uploading and organizing the photos.  This picture was a view of the convention center from my room.  It was great to walk every day to the convention.  I can’t wait for the next quilt show.
