I was delighted when my customer told me, “I don’t care what you do as long as there are feathers on the quilt.  Have fun”   And I did!  I outlined and added detail to sunbonnet sue and swirled the background, then did a feather and swirl design in the sashing and a traditional feather design in the border.  The result is incredible!
