This beautiful sunflower quilt top was so much fun to quilt.  Maybe it was because sunflowers are my favorite flower or maybe it was the quilting designs.   I used pebbling in the center of the flower with a variegated brown thread to look like seeds, and line work in the yellow flower petals to contrast with the all over leaf design in the green back ground.  Almost makes me want to start a sunflower illusion quilt of my own, almost.
